Summary

Over the past 10 years, I've led 50+ Infrastructure, UX and Development projects — ranging from digital platforms to business process automation across the US, UK, EU and CIS.

Also I've been a Tech manager and co-founder, released the digital product eduHund Taskbook, and launched 15+ open-source tools for workflow automation.

As a Project Manager, I connect tech, design and business to scope initiatives, run roadmaps and project plans, and deliver measurable results for tens of thousands of users.

Areas of Expertise

  • End‑to‑end project delivery — owning scope, timelines and risks for complex IT and UX initiatives, from initial brief through launch and post‑release stabilisation.
  • Portfolio and roadmap management — prioritising projects and backlogs with stakeholders based on impact, effort and constraints, and keeping cross‑team work aligned with business goals.
  • Delivery in complex environments — launching and migrating platforms for tens of thousands of users in government and infrastructure while keeping stability, SLAs and deadlines under control.
  • Operational and UX workflow improvement — finding bottlenecks in data‑heavy tools and support processes, cutting onboarding and task time, reducing errors and support load.
  • Project recovery and structure — bringing order to messy or shifting projects by clarifying scope, restructuring workflows and introducing Agile routines so pivots don’t derail releases.

...and even more

  • Use TypeScript (with Node.js, Express, React) and Python to read, debug and write production code, run experiments and build internal automation.
  • Work with PostgreSQL, MySQL and MongoDB on real projects, shaping schemas and queries around how the product is actually used.
  • Have practical experience with Docker, AWS/Azure, basic networking and API design (REST/JSON, HTTP, webhooks) to design integrations and spot weak points early.
  • Do UX work hands-on: interviews, journey maps, prototypes and small experiments to find friction and improve flows.
  • Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and GitHub Copilot in everyday work, including setting up custom prompts/skills for specs, code review and research workflows.

Soft skills

  • Build trust in cross-functional teams through clear goals, honest status and regular feedback.
  • Use mapping sessions to clarify messy work so features ship on time.
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, reshaping roles and backlog in days, not weeks.
  • Resolve conflicts early by mediating between leads before they impact delivery.
  • Learn new domains fast and apply regulations and constraints in practice, not just on paper.
